Processing: When you run a HeritageAI™ analysis, your file is temporarily retrieved from Azure Blob Storage and processed by Azure OpenAI and Azure Document Intelligence. No content is retained by AI services after the analysis session completes.

During Analysis — Azure OpenAI & Document Intelligence

Files are securely retrieved from Azure Blob Storage into Azure's processing environment for analysis
Text extraction and analysis occur in real-time within Microsoft's infrastructure
No document content is retained by Azure OpenAI or Document Intelligence after analysis
Results are returned directly to your secure account

After Analysis

Analysis results (plain language summaries, insights) are stored alongside your document metadata in Azure
Cached results improve performance for re-analysis of the same document
Your original files remain securely in Azure Blob Storage — unmodified
You can delete documents and analysis results at any time from within the platform
